About the "Could Leaky Gut Be What’s Troubling You?"

What abut YOGURT? It is made from milk products. In the "Leaky Gut" article, the diet recommended avoiding "refined sugars, dairy, gluten, alcohol and artificial sweeteners" and to eat anti-inflammatory foods "fish and nuts, and filling up on green leafy vegetables, high-fiber and fermented foods" —  sauerkraut and kimchie should be good — to promote the growth of good bacteria.
Also that glutamine "specially after chemotherapy and radiation" however in WebMD the use of glutamine is "POSSIBLY SAFE" however the "potential side effects of glutamine are not known."
