SAD, Seasonal Affective disorder
On my Post-Polio email alert it says: "SAD has been associated with low vitamin D3. I take 5000units a day. I don't have SAD and I don't know if supplementing Vitamin D will help but it's cheap. Why suffer? If an antidepressant can help give it a try." POST-POLIO-MED@LISTSERV.ICORS.ORG
Since I started taking D3 1000 lamppost everyday (not prescribing just sharing) I feel and sleep better.

Can birds predict weather?
This article Feathered Forecasters brings to mind how our
cat used to be in her 'watching the door' wait position even fifteen minutes
before my husband walked in, even though his schedule varied.
In Anthropology,
there is evidence of and how people communicated in ancient days miles away
from a one another, even knew of a new birth without smoke signals or cell
phones.
There is ample evidence that "telepathy may be a clue to a
fundamental biological principle that has played a major part in the
evolution" as reported on a The Origin of Speech
In our family, we sense what's going
on with one another.
Here is an interesting article: Telepathy

A must see movie
"Spare Parts" is an essential movie for parents and young people to watch. Hope is the only light in this time when many feel hopeless; education is hard to get, and most parents don't have a trade that they can pass down to their sons or daughters.

To my Bill W. friends
Not a spokesperson for any group or person, just sharing my own experience, strength and hope.
Life can be overwhelming and the holidays can be specially hard, filled with memories and soemthimes regrets of "how it was" and "what happend," but if we keep working the program, "one day at a time," we can be grateful of "how it is now" becuase we have gone through a lot and now we have hope. Remember that "This Too Shall Pass" and all the holiday stuff is not going to last for ever.
Here are some words form Bill.
Reality
Moments of perception can build into a lifetime of spiritual serenity, as I have excellent reason to know.
Roots of reality, supplanting the neurotic underbrush, will hold fast,
despite the high winds of the forces which would destroy us, or which we would use to destroy ourselves.
- As Bill Sees It, p. 173
Thought to Ponder . . .
Few people have the imagination to see reality.

Do it your way
Comment regarding article: 7 Pieces of Wisdom From a 99U piece: Insights on making ideas happen by BÄ“hance
I studied dance and know that she learn what other had done before her and then created her own technique. I truly dislike people that critique the art of others and say that to get a piece sold, or become good, it must follow a certain format, pattern, formula; where is creation in copying someone else?
